​With thousands of Christmas lights, sweet treats and unforgettable encounters with Santa’s top elves, the Elf Express is a unique and unrivalled interactive theatrical treat this Christmas. Now in it’s 11th year, the celebrations and fun will be bigger, better and more magical than ever before.

Important Event Information

·      If your Elf Express booking starts after 5:30pm we recommend you arrive early so that you can enjoy the Farm Park and our Food & Beverage Options as these may start to close from 7pm. The park will close for play at 8pm unless otherwise stated.

·      Please dress for the weather, it can get quite cold and wet in the Elf Woods, and we want you to stay toasty! The event is fully outdoors.

·      Please remember to wear your wellies or appropriate footwear. No one likes wet toes or ruined white trainers! Crocs are highly recommended to not be worn!

·      The trail is buggy and pushchair friendly but need to be collapsed on the tractor.

·      Please arrive at the Farm Park at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time to check in and get ready to go. If you miss your tractor you will need to walk to the start of the trail.

·      Parking is free and is in the front paddocks of Quex Park. Please follow the signs. It is a five minute walk from the Farm Park where the Elf Express begins.

Meet and feed Santa's real life reindeer this Christmas at Quex Adventure Farm Park! 

After a short introduction where you’ll be taught how to interact with these intelligent animals, you will enter their enclosure and get a chance to hand feed them their favourite treats. After your meet enjoy either a festive Hot Chocolate or Savour a scrumptious Festive Afternoon Tea in our Tea-Pi! Packed with seasonal treats to get you in the Christmas spirit. The Reindeer Experience is suitable for visitors aged 4 plus. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult and all under 16's must be accompanied by a paying adult who takes part in the experience. 

Walk our beautiful Anglo Nubian goats through Quex Park this Christmas – the perfect stocking filler or festive treat for the animal lover in your life!

Set within the Quex historic country estate of over 1,800 acres in Birchington-on-Sea on the stunning Kent coast. Following a leisurely (approximately 30 minute) walk through Quex Park, enjoy playing with your goat and learning more about these fascinating creatures before enjoying a hot mince pie to warm back up! 

In the event of heavy rain or other particularly inclement weather your experience may be rescheduled at short notice for animal wellfare reasons.

Embrace the Christmas Magic this year and enjoy the Christmas Light Show at Quex Adventure Farm Park before Christmas!
A 15-minute show featuring pixels, projection, lasers and other surprises – The Christmas Light Show at Quex runs at 5:30pm and 6:30 on the days the Elf Express is running.

While you’re enjoying the festive spectacular, grab a German Sausage from the large BBQ or a glass of steaming Mulled Wine. Complete your outing under the stars with a perfectly festive Baileys Hot Chocolate or Festive Hot Drink.

The Christmas Light Show at Quex – the perfect mini Christmas outing or accompaniment to Ice Skating for the whole family.

Meet our friendly Highland cows at Quex Adventure Farm Park!

Your experience begins with a short introduction where you’ll learn about these iconic animals and how to interact with them safely. You’ll then step into our exclusive feeding and grooming area, where you’ll have the chance to hand feed them their favourite treats and even brush their beautiful coats.

This hands-on experience is suitable for visitors aged 4+, with all under 16s required to be accompanied by an adult in the activity area.

Extend the Christmas Magic this year and visit Quex Illuminated Trail and Light Show at Quex Adventure Farm Park. With site opening at 4pm and closing at 8pm, it's the perfect evening adventure.

Once Santa has returned to the North Pole, explore the Elf Express woods at your own pace enjoying the thousands of lights and illuminated installations. Wander at your own pace and spend some time with the Reindeer nestled within the Elf Woods. Enjoy light show at the Round Tower that brings the listed building to life after-dark. These will take place at 5:30 and 6:30 pm.

Quex Illuminated Trail and Light Show is the perfect moment for reflection during the hectic festive period. 

While you’re enjoying the festive spectacular, grab a German Sausage from the large BBQ or a glass of steaming Mulled Wine. Complete your walk under the stars with a perfectly festive Baileys Hot Chocolate or toast Marshmallows on our large open fire.
