To ensure the safety of our guests and the welfare of our beautiful reindeer, please note the following guidelines before booking:

• Age Restrictions: This experience is strictly suitable for visitors aged 4 and over.

• Supervision Rules: All under-18s must be accompanied on-site by an adult. Furthermore, all under-16s must be accompanied inside the enclosure by a paying adult who is also booked onto and participating in the experience.

• Group Bookings: Our online booking system accommodates groups of up to 3 people to keep the enclosure calm for the reindeer. For bookings of more than 3 people, please call or email us directly so we can arrange your visit!

Spaces are strictly limited! To keep this experience intimate for our guests and stress-free for the reindeer, slots are highly restricted. Book early to secure your magical encounter!
