Age 12 months+ Before your magical journey aboard The Elf Express, your little ones will receive a very special personalised invitation from Santa himself, adding an extra sprinkle of Christmas magic to their unforgettable adventure. In November 2025, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create and order your child’s personalised invitation, ready to make their Elf Express experience even more enchanting. Flexi Tickets offer extra peace of mind and can be amended up to 24 hours before your booked departure time through our helpful team and the booking amendment form. Where possible, we will always try to move your booking to a new date and time. If this is not possible, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months at Quex Adventure Farm Park. Please note: Flexi Tickets allow a maximum of three amendments and are non-refundable.

Age 12 months+ Your Elf Express ticket time is your tractor departure time and includes your estimated return time from the magical Elf Woods. Please arrive in plenty of time for your departure, as you will not be able to join the experience by arriving at any point between the times shown on your ticket. Prepare to be transported into a world of Christmas wonder, where every moment is filled with festive magic, unforgettable encounters and enchanting surprises. For extra peace of mind, Flexi Tickets can be amended up to 24 hours before your booked departure time through our helpful team and the booking amendment form. Allow up to 2 hours for your magical Elf Express adventure. Baby Ticket (Under 12 Months) A special ticket for our tiniest Christmas visitors, aged under 12 months at the time of the event. Even the littlest elves joining us on this magical journey require a valid ticket, so please ensure all visiting children, regardless of age, have their own ticket before arrival. They will get little treats.

Elf Express Carer + £0.50 booking fee

**Allow up to 2 hours for your magical Elf Express adventure.** **Adult Carer Ticket** Our Adult Carer Ticket is available for a carer accompanying a paying attendee who requires additional support during their visit. Please note: **one Carer Ticket provides entry for the accompanying carer only**. The person being cared for will require their own valid Elf Express ticket. All **Carer Tickets are Flexible Tickets**, offering extra peace of mind should your plans need to change. To access a Carer Ticket, proof of carer entitlement must be presented at check-in. Accepted proof includes: * Receives the middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for care and/or mobility * Receives Personal Independence Payment (PIP) * Is registered D/deaf or blind * Holds an **Access Card** (also known as a CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card) Our team is here to help make your Elf Express experience as magical, comfortable and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
